Massa was a silverback who was born in the wild in 1971.
He arrived in Zoo Krefeld on 29 April 1975.
There he died on 1 Jan 2020 (more about that below).
A short (maybe unnecessary) explanation:
red = girl
blue = boy
bold name by parents (started at grandkids) = offspring Massa/Boma
All data are taken by me from the official 2020 studbook, updated with news I found on Facebook or other social media.
Left out of this list are stillborns and kids who didn't make it till their first birthday (unfortunately there are a few; that's life).
Summarizing (situation till end June):

More about Massa and his females.
Like mentioned above, he arrived on 29 april 1975. A few months later his two females Tumba and Boma arrived (on 3 July 1975). In 1994 Oya arrived and in 1997 Muna. He never had kids with those females. Oya and Muna moved to another silverback in Zoo Krefeld in 2012.Tumba has been pregnant 9 times, but it went wrong 7 times. That was all way before I was really into gorillas.
The data I know from the official studbook; on the unofficial studbook I read about the causes of death. I don't know where they have that information from.
2 babies were aborted (??) and 1 was a stillbirth. One isn't mentioned in the unofficial studbook. Not as Tumba's baby that is, but as Boma's (and that is wrong I think, I believe what the official studbook says). The cause of death for that baby is stated: unknown on the unofficial studbook.
2 babies lived a few days (one 5 days, died of skull injury and one 6 days, died of malnutrition).
One daughter, Mueli, lived 16.5 months and died of proliferative bronchiolitis.
Then there were 2 more daughters. One is still alive and one died not long after she turned 24. You can see them (and their offspring) in the table above.
Poor Tumba with all her bad luck Boma had more luck with her offspring. She had only 1 stillbirth (29 Apr 1984).
Tumba died of old age on 13 May 2019.
